I had a wonderful stay at this resort that really offered some fantastic perks, especially the rooms with big balconies that were just brilliant. However, I did have to endure a bit of a wait under the sun for check-in, which wasn’t ideal after a long flight. The service was attentive and eager to accommodate my needs, but pricing does seem a bit high for the area. Overall, a comfortable stay with beautiful views, but just a few hiccups along the way.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was perfect for those who want a peaceful retreat while still being close to central Chaweng’s vibrant nightlife. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a great job. However, there was quite a bit of noise that disrupted my mornings, and the dining could have been better. Overall, the service seemed a bit inconsistent, with some staff being very helpful while others were not so nice.
